Email reads:

Self-Payment Tool Update
Up and running next week
Dear Transcribers,

I wanted address some your concerns with the new Self-Payment tool functionality that is set to be released on Monday, April 7th, 2014.
Q: When will the Self-Payment tool be released?
A: Monday, April 7th, 2014
Q: Will regular Monday Payroll be scheduled as usual?
A: No. This new payment tool will allow you to withdraw your funds at a time most convenient for you.
Q: Will I be responsible for covering the PayPal fees?
A: Yes. PayPal fees are 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. However, this does not include additional fees in the case that you are converting USD into your local currency. Please inquire with PayPal about those separately.
Q: Is there a threshold that once reached, TranscribeMe will be responsible for covering the PayPal fees?
A: No. Although, it is advisable to cash out your balance when it is over $10.00 as it is most cost efficient to you. The higher your balance during withdrawl the better for your bottom line.
Q: Once I click on the “Withdrawal” button, when will I see the funds transfer to my PayPal account?
A: Please allow a period of 24 to 72 hours to receive your payment.
I want to say thank you for your many questions and if any additional issues or concerns come up, please check with Yammer for an expedited response.
Thank you for your support,
The payment team at TranscribeMe
